3. Local Storage
All user-created data (flashcards, categories, study statistics) is stored locally on your device using the browser's IndexedDB. This data:

- Remains only on your device
- Is never transmitted to external servers
- Is not accessible to third parties
- Can be deleted at any time by the user

4. Offline Functionality
The application works completely offline. No internet connection is required or used for core functionality.
5. Data Backup
The backup feature allows you to:

Export your data in JSON format to your Downloads folder
Import previously exported data
Full control over your backups (creation, storage, and restoration)

Backup files are saved locally on your device and you are responsible for their storage and security.
6. Permissions
The app only requests essential permissions:

Local Storage (IndexedDB): To save your flashcards and progress
Downloads Access: To export/import backups (only when user initiates)

7. Children's Privacy
This application is suitable for all ages. We do not collect information from minors or adults.
8. Data Security
Since all data remains locally on your device:

You are responsible for your device's security
We recommend regular backups of your data
Use your operating system's security features

9. Third-Party Services
This application does not use any third-party services, analytics, or advertising networks.
