Information Collection and Storage The application primarily stores data locally on the user's Windows device using a SQLite database and local application storage. When multiple items require attention, the popup can display multiple expiry records and adjust its content accordingly. The popup may display locally stored reminder information such as: • Reminder title • Category • Expiry date • Description • Email recipient • Notes • Other relevant reminder information Notification functionality may depend on: • Windows notification settings • Background execution permissions • Startup permissions • System tray availability • Focus Assist configuration • Operating system restrictions • User-defined application settings The Expiry Reminder popup and notification processing use reminder information stored locally on the user's device. The application does not require reminder data to be uploaded to an external notification service for these local notification features. 4. Email Notifications KritaviX supports automated reminder emails through SMTP settings configured by the user. Internet Usage The application may access internet connectivity when required for: • Sending reminder emails through user-configured SMTP services • Delivering attachment-enabled reminder emails • Opening Microsoft Store pages or external links initiated by the user • Accessing optional online resources selected by the user • Other internet-enabled functionality explicitly provided by the application KritaviX does not intentionally perform unauthorized background tracking, advertising analytics, behavioral profiling, telemetry harvesting or undisclosed external data transmission. Local expiry monitoring, reminder searches, category searches, the Expiry Reminder popup and local notification center functionality are designed to operate using information stored on the user's device and do not inherently require cloud synchronization. 6. Data Sharing KritaviX does not sell, rent, distribute, monetize or intentionally share personal reminder information with third parties. No reminder content, SMTP credentials, attachments, notification logs or locally stored records are intentionally transmitted outside the user's device except when: • The user explicitly configures and sends reminder emails • The user exports reminder information • The user voluntarily shares application data • The user intentionally opens or uses an external service or link provided by the application When the user sends an email reminder, the information required to deliver that email is transmitted through the user's configured SMTP provider. 7. Import, Export and Search Features The application may provide CSV import and Excel export functionality. Users are responsible for: • Reviewing imported information • Securing exported files • Managing backup copies of exported reports • Verifying imported reminder accuracy Exported files are created locally on the user's device. KritaviX also provides local search functionality for reminder and category records. Search operations are intended to help users locate information already stored within the application's local database and do not require those records to be uploaded to an external search service. 8. Background Monitoring and Startup Behavior KritaviX may operate in the Windows system tray and continue monitoring reminders in the background when enabled by the user.
