FLOW SYNC GİZLİLİK, KULLANIM VE VERİ KORUMA POLİTİKASI Son Güncelleme Tarihi: 16.03.2026 Bu metin, Flow Sync web ve mobil uygulamasının (“Uygulama”) kullanım koşullarını, kişisel veri işleme süreçlerini ve kullanıcı haklarını düzenler. Flow Sync’i kullanarak aşağıdaki şartları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. 1. UYGULAMA TANIMI Flow Sync; görev yönetimi, kişisel yaşam planlaması ve üretkenlik takibi amacıyla geliştirilmiş gelişmiş bir dijital organizasyon platformudur. HUKUKİ DAYANAK (KVKK & GDPR) Veriler aşağıdaki hukuki sebeplerle işlenir: Açık rıza Sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası Meşru menfaat Yasal yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi Avrupa Birliği kullanıcıları için GDPR hükümleri geçerlidir. Türkiye’deki kullanıcılar için 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) hükümleri uygulanır. 5. VERİ SAKLAMA SÜRESİ Hesap aktif olduğu sürece veriler saklanır. Hesap silme talebi sonrası veriler makul süre içinde silinir veya anonimleştirilir. Yasal zorunluluklar kapsamında belirli veriler saklanabilir. 6. VERİ GÜVENLİĞİ Flow Sync: SSL/TLS şifreleme kullanır Güvenli sunucu altyapısı kullanır Yetkisiz erişime karşı teknik ve idari önlemler uygular Ancak internet üzerinden iletilen hiçbir veri %100 güvenli değildir. 7. GOOGLE İLE GİRİŞ Google hesabı ile giriş yapılması durumunda yalnızca kimlik doğrulama için gerekli bilgiler alınır. Bu süreç Google’ın kendi gizlilik politikalarına tabidir. 8. ÇEREZ POLİTİKASI Web sürümünde aşağıdaki çerez türleri kullanılabilir: Zorunlu çerezler (oturum yönetimi) Performans çerezleri Analitik çerezler Kullanıcılar tarayıcı ayarlarından çerezleri yönetebilir. 9. Açık rızanızı dilediğiniz zaman geri çekebilirsiniz. 11. KULLANIM KOŞULLARI Kullanıcı: Hesap güvenliğinden sorumludur. Uygulamayı yasa dışı amaçlarla kullanamaz. Başkalarının haklarını ihlal edemez. SORUMLULUK SINIRI Flow Sync bir üretkenlik ve planlama aracıdır. Kullanıcı kararlarının sonuçlarından Flow Sync sorumlu değildir. Uygulama performans analizi sağlar ancak psikolojik, finansal veya hukuki danışmanlık sunmaz. 13. DEĞİŞİKLİKLER Bu politika güncellenebilir. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING Personal data is processed for the following purposes: Account creation and authentication Providing data synchronization Running AI algorithms Performance analysis and generating statistics Operating widget systems Personalizing the user experience Ensuring security and preventing abuse Fulfilling legal obligations Flow Sync does not sell user data or market it to third parties for advertising purposes. 4. LEGAL BASIS (KVKK & GDPR) Data is processed based on the following legal grounds: Explicit consent Establishment and performance of a contract Legitimate interest Fulfillment of legal obligations GDPR provisions apply to users within the European Union. Sistemas de widgets para la pantalla de inicio. Personalización (tema, fondo, color de acento, etc.). Sincronización de datos entre dispositivos. 2. DATOS RECOPILADOS 2.1 Información de la Cuenta Nombre y Apellido. Fecha de nacimiento. Género (opcional). Ubicación (opcional). Dirección de correo electrónico. En caso de inicio de sesión con Google, información básica de autenticación de Google. 2.2 Contenido del Usuario Tareas y notas. Niveles de dificultad de las tareas. Porcentajes de finalización. Datos de planificación y uso de widgets. Registros de Pomodoro y temporizadores. Estadísticas de rendimiento. 2.3 Datos Técnicos Dirección IP. Tipo de dispositivo y sistema operativo. Información del navegador. Registros de errores (crash logs). Datos técnicos de uso dentro de la aplicación. 3. FINALIDAD DEL TRATAMIENTO DE DATOS Los datos personales se procesan para los siguientes fines: Creación de cuenta y autenticación. Sincronización de datos. Funcionamiento de algoritmos de IA. Análisis de rendimiento y generación de estadísticas. Operación de los sistemas de widgets. Personalización de la experiencia del usuario. Garantizar la seguridad y prevenir el uso indebido.
