Apex GradeBook Pro is a 100% offline application.

1. NO DATA COLLECTION: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to our servers. We have no servers. All data stays on your device.

2. LOCAL STORAGE ONLY: Student names, grades, attendance, and reports you enter are stored locally in an AES-256 encrypted vault on YOUR PC. Only you control it.

3. NO INTERNET REQUIRED: The app works fully offline. It does not connect to the internet, does not use analytics, telemetry, or ads.

4. ONE-TIME PURCHASE: This is a one-time purchase with lifetime license. Payment is handled securely by Microsoft Store. We do not store payment information.

5. NO THIRD PARTIES: We do not share data with third parties. We do not sell data.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY: As an offline tool, no children's data leaves the device. Teachers remain responsible for FERPA compliance for data they store locally.
