ApexLeaseForge is designed to be 100% offline and privacy-first.

1. NO DATA COLLECTION OR TRANSMISSION
We do not collect, transmit, store on any server, or share any personal information. The app works entirely offline. No internet connection is required. No analytics, no tracking, no ads, no third-party SDKs.

2. LOCAL DATA STORAGE ONLY
All information you enter (tenant names, addresses, phone numbers, rent amounts, deposits, lease PDFs) is stored ONLY on your local Windows device. It is encrypted with AES-256 and never leaves your device.

3. WHAT IS CONSIDERED PERSONAL INFORMATION
If you enter tenant information, that is personal information, but it remains under your control on your local PC. We as the publisher have zero access to it.

4. DATA RETENTION & DELETION
Your data remains until you delete it inside the app or uninstall the app. Uninstalling removes all local data.

5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The app does not knowingly collect any data from children and does not transmit any data.

6. CHANGES
If our privacy practices change, we will update this policy and update the Store listing.
