DeskBox Privacy Policy

DeskBox is a Windows desktop organization tool. It does not require a user account, does not include advertising tracking, and does not sell user data.

DeskBox may process local information that you choose to use in the app, such as files and folders added to widgets, todo items, quick notes, clipboard records, images, OCR text, music playback state, and app settings. This information is stored and processed locally on your device unless you explicitly use a system or third-party feature outside DeskBox.

DeskBox may connect to deskbox.fun, GitHub, or Microsoft Store services to check versions, download updates, open help pages, or access the official repository. These requests may include standard technical information such as IP address, user agent, request time, and app/version context as handled by the relevant service.

DeskBox does not intentionally collect precise location, payment card data, passwords, contacts, emails, camera recordings, microphone recordings, or browsing history. DeskBox does not upload your personal files, notes, todo content, clipboard content, or OCR results to the DeskBox developer by default.

DeskBox 可能会在本机处理你主动放入应用中的信息，例如文件和文件夹、待办事项、随记内容、剪贴板记录、图片、OCR 文本、音乐播放状态和应用设置。这些信息默认保存在你的设备本地，除非你主动使用系统或第三方功能进行同步、分享或传输。

DeskBox 可能会访问 deskbox.fun、GitHub 或 Microsoft Store 服务，用于检查版本、下载更新、打开帮助页面或访问官方开源仓库。这类请求可能包含由相关服务处理的标准技术信息，例如 IP 地址、用户代理、请求时间和应用版本信息。

DeskBox 不会主动收集精确位置、银行卡信息、密码、通讯录、电子邮件、相机录制、麦克风录音或浏览历史。DeskBox 默认不会将你的个人文件、随记、待办、剪贴板内容或 OCR 结果上传给 DeskBox 开发者。
