OPERATECH PHOTO SHEET MAKER MVP – PRIVACY POLICY

2. Data processed by the application
The application allows users to select and process image files such as JPG, JPEG, PNG, BMP, TIFF, WebP and supported HEIC/HEIF files. Users may also import Excel or CSV lists containing image paths, captions, SKU values, prices and copy quantities. Selected images may contain personal information.

3. Local data processing
Selected images and imported spreadsheet data are processed locally on the user's Windows computer. Operatech Photo Sheet Maker MVP does not automatically upload photos, captions, file paths, SKU values, prices or exported documents to Operatech or to a third-party analytics server.

4. Microsoft Store licensing
The Microsoft Store version uses Microsoft Store licensing for the 7-day trial and purchase entitlement. Internet access may be required for Microsoft Store validation. The application does not request an external license key and does not require a separate Operatech account.

5. Generated files and printing
PDF, PNG and JPG files created by the application remain on the user's computer unless the user chooses to share them. Printing is sent only to the printer selected by the user through Windows.

6. Analytics, advertising and tracking
The application does not include advertising, behavioral tracking or automatic analytics reporting to Operatech. Remote cloud processing is not required for the core photo-layout workflow.

7. Data retention and deletion
Operatech does not retain files processed locally by the application. Users can remove images from a project and delete imported files, exported documents and application settings from their own computer.

8. Data sharing
Operatech does not sell user data. Data is not shared with third parties unless the user deliberately sends information for support, or disclosure is required by law. Microsoft Store services are governed by Microsoft's own privacy terms.

9. Security and responsibility
Users are responsible for protecting images stored on their computers, obtaining permission to use and print images, backing up important files and reviewing the print preview before exporting or printing.

10. Changes and contact
Operatech may update this policy when application functionality or legal requirements change.
