Game Translator PRO processes all OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and AI translation tasks **100% locally on the user's machine**. This means:

- **NO screen captures are transmitted** over the internet or sent to any remote server
- **NO text extracted via OCR is transmitted** over the internet or sent to any remote server
- **NO keystrokes or keyboard input are recorded or transmitted**
- **NO user data of any kind is sent to cloud services**

All processing happens entirely within the application on the user's local Windows computer.

## Information We Do NOT Collect

Game Translator PRO does **NOT** collect, store, or transmit:

- Screen captures or screenshots
- Text recognized via OCR
- Translation inputs or outputs
- Keystrokes or keyboard data
- Mouse movements or clicks
- User profiles or settings
- Device identifiers
- Usage statistics or telemetry
- Any personal information whatsoever

## Local Data Storage

User settings and profiles are stored locally on the user's Windows computer in:

## Third-Party Services

## Model Downloads

When users download language models through the built-in DLC downloader, models are fetched directly from:

- Hugging Face (huggingface.co) - for Helsinki-NLP translation models
- Various open-source model repositories as documented in the application

These downloads are **temporary cache operations** to obtain open-source AI models. After download, all model inference occurs **100% locally** on the user's machine. The application does not transmit any personal data during these downloads.

## Children's Privacy

Game Translator PRO is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
