OVERVIEW
TypingDesk ("the app") is a typing tutor application published by BackendSide.
We respect your privacy. TypingDesk is designed to work fully offline and does
not collect, transmit, or share any personal information.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT
TypingDesk does not collect any personal data. The app has no network
capability and does not send any information off your device.

The app stores the following data LOCALLY on your device only, so that it can
provide its features:
  - Profile information you enter (such as a display name and avatar choice)
  - Typing session results (words per minute, accuracy, errors, duration)
  - Lesson progress, achievements, and game high scores
  - App settings (theme, language, keyboard layout, sound, font size)

This data is saved on your computer in your local application data folder
(%LOCALAPPDATA%\TypingDesk) and never leaves your device. We have no access
to it.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION
The locally stored data is used solely to operate the app's features —
tracking your progress, showing statistics, and remembering your preferences.
It is not used for advertising, profiling, or any other purpose.

DATA SHARING
We do not share, sell, rent, or transmit any data to third parties. Because
the app operates entirely offline, no data is sent to us or anyone else.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
TypingDesk does not integrate any advertising networks, analytics services,
or third-party tracking. The app does not require an account and does not use
online services.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
TypingDesk is suitable for users of all ages, including children. Because the
app collects no personal information and transmits no data, it does not gather
information from children or anyone else.

DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
All data remains on your device under your control. You can delete a profile
within the app to remove its associated data, or uninstall the app to remove
all locally stored data.

SECURITY
Your data is stored locally on your own device. Its security depends on the
security of your device and user account.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be
reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
