Privacy Policy for SecurityAdmin AI Last Updated: July 17, 2026 At SecurityAdmin AI, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how SecurityAdmin AI (referred to as "the Application") collects, processes, and protects your information. 1. No Data Collection or Transmission (100% Local Processing) SecurityAdmin AI is designed as a fully self-contained local security application. Local Heuristics and AI Analysis: All system checks, active process scans, file integrity validations, and machine learning (ONNX) neural network inferences are executed entirely on your local machine. No Cloud Uploads: The Application does not collect, store, or transmit your files, process names, system logs, registry entries, or personal identifiers to any external server, cloud environment, or third-party database. Your data remains strictly on your device. 2. Clipboard and PII Scanners If you enable the Clipboard Guard or PII (Personally Identifiable Information) detection settings: The Application reads your system clipboard locally to scan for sensitive information (such as credit card numbers, email addresses, or phone numbers) and alerts you of potential exposure risks. This clipboard data is processed in-memory, is never written to disk, and is never transmitted off your device. 3. System and Network Monitoring Hardware Metrics: The Application queries local CPU, memory, and network adapter speeds to show performance and activity graphs inside the dashboard. Traffic Analysis: The Application analyzes active network connections to detect unauthorized ports or remote connections. This traffic mapping is processed locally and discarded. 4. Third-Party Integrations and Analytics The Application does not include any third-party tracking, analytics tools, crash reporting libraries, or advertising software. We do not track your behavior or usage patterns. 5. Operating System Permissions To perform security scans, the Application requires standard system access permissions (such as reading active process trees, directory structures, and registry keys). These privileges are used solely to run security heuristics on your machine. 6.
