KanbanIMAP is a desktop application that operates locally on the user’s device and does not use backend services or external servers operated by the developer.

KanbanIMAP does not collect, transmit, or store personal data for analytics, telemetry, advertising, or tracking purposes.

Local Data Storage
All application data, including configuration settings and task information, is stored locally on the user’s device. The developer does not have access to this data.

Email Access
If the user enables IMAP integration, KanbanIMAP connects directly to the email server configured by the user. Email access is strictly read-only. Emails are never modified, deleted, or moved on the server.

Network Connections
Network connections are used exclusively to communicate with user-configured IMAP servers. No data is transmitted to third-party services controlled by the developer.

Third-Party Software
KanbanIMAP may rely on standard system components such as Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable to operate correctly. These components are provided and maintained by Microsoft.

User Control
Users have full control over their data, including the ability to create manual backups, restore data, or remove all locally stored information by uninstalling the application.

Changes to This Policy
