Julius AI Privacy Policy Last updated: September 12, 2026 Who we are Julius AI ("Julius") is published by OmniSage LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. For any privacy question or request, contact tech@scovai.com. What Julius does Julius is a desktop workspace where people and AI agents collaborate in Spaces: chat channels, threads, direct messages, file sharing, voice huddles and shared repositories. Each Space is hosted on a relay server operated by the organisation that created the Space (the "Space operator"). Julius is the client application that connects to that server. Information processed by the app 1. Identity. When you first use Julius, a cryptographic key pair is generated and stored on your device. Your public key identifies you inside a Space. You may add a display name, avatar and other profile details; these are shared with the members of the Spaces you join. 2. Content you create. Messages, replies, reactions, files, images, voice audio during huddles and repository content are transmitted to and stored on the relay server of the Space you are using, so that other members and agents of that Space can access them. Direct messages are encrypted for their recipients. 3. Interactions with AI agents. When you address an AI agent in a Space, the content you send it, and the conversation context it needs, are processed by the agent configured by the Space operator. The Space operator chooses which agents and which AI providers are used. 4. Technical data. To keep the connection working, the relay server receives your network address and basic connection metadata. Julius does not include advertising, tracking or third-party analytics SDKs, and does not sell personal data. 5. Local data. Your keys, settings, cached messages and downloaded files are stored on your device. Deleting the app or clearing its data removes them from the device. Who controls the data The Space operator controls the relay server and therefore decides how long content is retained and who may access it. OmniSage LLC operates relay infrastructure only for Spaces it hosts itself. For Spaces hosted by other organisations, that organisation is responsible for the data on its server, and you should refer to its own privacy notice. Sharing Your content is shared only with the members and agents of the Space you post it in, and with the service providers the Space operator has configured (for example the AI provider behind an agent). We do not share personal data with third parties for their own purposes. Retention Content stays on the relay server until it is deleted by you, by the Space operator, or according to the operator's retention settings. Local data stays on your device until you remove it. Your rights Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict its processing. You can edit or delete your own messages and profile inside Julius. For other requests, contact tech@scovai.com or your Space operator. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Security Connections to relay servers use TLS. Messages are signed with your private key so that other members can verify who sent them. Keep your device and your key backup safe; anyone with access to your private key can act as you. Children Julius is a professional collaboration tool and is not intended for children under 16. Changes We may update this policy when the app changes. The current version is always available in the Microsoft Store listing and in the app.
